Ok, let's get started.

Open a new image 39W x 45H.

You will want to zoom in about 6 or 7 times so you don't go blind.  *giggle* Go to Selections>Load from disk and find stamp1.sel.  Flood fill with your choice of color.  For the example, I used #C00000.

Deselect.

Add a new raster layer.  Go to Selections>Load from disk and load stamp2.sel.  Flood fill with you choice of color.  For mine, I used #FC98B2.  If you want to add a texture to the background, this is the time to do it.

Deselect.

Add a new raster layer.  Now it's time to get creative.  Add text, tubes, or pixel drawing.  On mine, I added my nickname and some pixel hearts.

Once you have completed your masterpiece, export as a .gif using the GIF Optimizer.

Here are a few more that I have made.

I have started seeing these little stamps all over the internet the past couple of weeks.  You can see the rest of my collection by clicking here.
